Email your PHOTO ROSTER to the appropriate Check-In Coordinator listed below before Friday, June 16, 2023 at midnight for early online check-in. But make 100% sure your roster is accurate because once submitted, the roster is frozen.

When in doubt, come see us at in person check-in Monday, June 19, 2023.

Check - In for the Tournament

Online Check - In

 - Deadline: Friday, June 16th -

Online check-in is available until Friday June 16, 2023 at Midnight.

In order to complete Online Check In, you MUST email your tournament only photo roster & any guest player forms to the appropriate GIRLS CHECK-IN Coordinator or BOYS CHECK-IN Coordinator, no later than MIDNIGHT, Friday June 16, 2023.  You will receive a confirmation email, no later than Sunday, June 18, 2023 confirming your tournament check in is complete. 

NOTE:  Your tournament only photo roster will look similar to what a UYSA paper game day roster looks like during the season. (See our AMAZING Step-by-Step Instructions below if you are unsure)

Same Day Check - In

Out-of-state or non-UYSA teams traveling more than 90 minutes one way may request a same day check-in at least two hours prior to their first game by emailing the appropriate GIRLS CHECK-IN Coordinator or BOYS CHECK-IN Coordinator before Wednesday, June 21, 2023. Same Day Check in is NOT available for local teams and any Same Day Check-in must be coordinated in advance.
